Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D prints from Mopey Monkey. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange the item for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item has been damaged or shows signs of use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
